Hello, I'm both personally and professionally interested in the potential of expanded states for personal growth and for therapeutic use. My embodied knowledge gives me an understanding of unspoken communications, often called symptoms, that when acknowledged and given space can be the key to recovery and insight. I'm professionally interested in developing Harm Reduction, Preparation and Integration protocols within Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and I'm running an Integration Circle in partnership with The Psychedelic Society. My approach works well with the science and philosophies underpinning consciousness and expanded states. I'm a professional member of the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy and currently finishing their excellent two-year training in Depth Relational Process. As a 57year old woman and cancer survivor, I'm personally interested in exploring the myths, archetypes, prejudices and challenges surrounding post-menopausal women. In a world obsessed with staying young, I feels a strong need to challenge my own preconceptions around ageing and approach this new chapter with the reverence and responsibility it brings.
