Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

As a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist (PAT), I specialise in supporting people through the preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences. I work from a relational and intersubjective perspective, understanding that transformation happens not just through insight, but through being truly seen and held in relationship. My approach is also informed by mythopoetic psychology, exploring the symbolic and archetypal dimensions of psychedelic journeys alongside their emotional and somatic impact. I have found the exploration of archetypal themes to greatly enrich this work in deep and beautiful ways. effortlessly opening whole cosmologies we may never have connected with ourselves.

Whether you've experienced ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA, ayahuasca, holotropic breathwork, or participated in clinical trials, I offer a non-judgemental space to make sense of what has emerged, and to weave those insights into meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, both in private practice and as a co-facilitator of TOPIC (Trauma-informed Online Psychedelic Integration Circle), an online integration circle that meets monthly on Tuesday evenings. TOPIC offers a relational, trauma-informed container for integration work, drawing on depth psychology, somatic awareness, and collective wisdom. Whether you're preparing for a journey or integrating past experiences, this circle provides community support alongside individual therapy.

If you're looking for a therapist who can hold complexity with compassion, who understands the transformative potential of both psychedelics and depth work, and who believes in harm reduction, ritual, and the power of being truly witnessed, I'd love to work with you.
